Organic growth lead
You’ll own our organic inbound acquisition, making Fourwaves the answer wherever academics search for a solution, on Google and in AI assistants. Our founder laid the foundations (content, backlinks, reviews, clean analytics); the engine itself is yours to build. A deep, evidenced SEO track record is required. This is a role for a true doer who loves building from solid foundations.
Software developer (full stack)
You’ll take features from the database schema all the way to the interface researchers actually use, and ship them. Working directly with the product team on a platform used by universities and research centers worldwide, you’ll own the data model, the API, and the interface for the features you build. This is a role for a developer who wants to own a problem completely instead of half of one.
Product designer (fulfilled)
You’ll be responsible for shaping elegant and intuitive user experiences across our platform. From concept to prototype, you’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, developers, and our current designer to bring ideas to life. Your role is key to making Fourwaves both powerful and a joy to use.
Customer success manager (fulfilled)
You’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and building strong relationships, all while keeping churn low. Your role is key to making sure our clients feel supported and stay loyal to Fourwaves.

You’ll need to maintain a healthy pipeline, handle demos, follow up with clients through the CRM, and most importantly, close several deals. Your role is crucial for driving our sales and growing the company while delivering an exceptional client experience.
